Dave Schiavone

CEO & Co-Founder

Dave is a 22-year veteran of the US Navy and US Air Force National Guard. Throughout the 1980’s and beyond he has worked with Aero Quality Sales (AQS) and Aviall Services as a Battery Shop Manager and distribution representative, followed by his service as technical support at Saft America Inc.

Dave joined Concorde Battery Corporation in the summer of 2016. He is a continued supporter and member of multiple aviation organizations, and is currently a board member of Westchester Aircraft Maintenance Association (W.A.M.A.)

Elijah Stepp, Jr.

President & Co-Founder

Eli Stepp is an US Army veteran with a passion for aviation. He has been a business aviation operations and maintenance professional for 40+ years. He runs a social media-marketing firm called BizAvJets, is the Co-Publisher of BizAvJets USA Magazine, and his firm is partnered with multiple aviation related businesses. He helps startups secure capital funding and enjoys conducting interviews with prominent individuals. He lives in Las Vegas with his wife, Marlene, and enjoys spending time with his children, grandchildren, and other relatives.

Annamarie Buonocore

Vice President & Co-Founder Annamarie Buonocore has been in the publishing business for just over a decade. Her family started general aviation magazine, In Flight USA, 40 years ago. Today, she is the Associate Publisher of In Flight USA. She is also the Co-Publisher of BizAvJets USA Magazine and is the Publisher of Born to Age Directories, senior publications for the San Francisco Bay Area. She is an aircraft broker with USA Aircraft Brokers and writes fiction in her spare time. She lives in the Bay Area and enjoys spending time with her two Maltipoos, Pericles and Sophocles.
